1. General Return Policy

Eligibility:
Returns are accepted for items that are defective, damaged, or due to sizing issues (for example, the garment does not fit as expected).

Time Frame:
All return or exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of the delivery date.

Condition of Item:
The returned product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items:
Items purchased during special clearance sales or marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Exchanges and Replacements

We primarily offer exchanges for different sizes or replacements for defective items.

Process Initiation:
To request an exchange, contact our customer support team with your order number, reason for the exchange, and the new size or item requested.

Reverse Pickup:
Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup of the original item from your delivery address.

Dispatch:
After the returned item is received and passes our quality check, the exchanged product will be dispatched within 2–3 business days.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only when an exchange or replacement is not possible (for example, the desired size is out of stock or the item is permanently damaged).

Refund Processing Time:
Once the returned item is received, inspected, and the refund is approved, we will initiate the refund process within 3–5 business days.

Refund Method:
Refunds will be credited back to your original mode of payment.

Refund Credit Time:
It typically takes 3–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your bank or payment gateway (Razorpay).

Shipping Charges:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., shipping the wrong item).
