All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Please note that we do not ship or process orders on weekends or public holidays.


2. Delivery Policy and Rates

Shipping Charge:

DeoLove provides free standard shipping on all orders delivered within India.

Delivery Estimates:

We aim to deliver all confirmed orders within 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of dispatch.

Remote Areas:

Deliveries to remote or rural locations may take additional time depending on courier availability and service limitations.


3. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.

Your tracking number will become active within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email.


4. Delivery Delays and Damages

Delays:

DeoLove is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen events such as adverse weather, civil unrest, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damages:

If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging or products, please contact us immediately.
We require clear photographic evidence so we can assess the issue and initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.
